Paul Simon - Graceland (1986) - jedna z najbardziej udanych prób połączenie ambitnego mainstreamowego popu z afrykańską muzyka etniczną- album ten okazał się wielkim hitem i nie ma się co dziwić bo niewiele jest płyt tego typu które mogłyby się z Graceland równać- na myśl przychodzą mi tylko Trójka Gabriela i Remain in Light Talking Heads choć te dwie pozycje to jednak nieco inny rodzaj dźwięków
