David Gilmour - Live in Gdańsk (2008) - jeden z tych koncertów podczas których słuchania (lub oglądania) szczerze się żałuję swojej tam nieobecności - poza oczywistymi klasykami w stylu Echoes i Shine on You Crazy Diamond znalazło się nawet miejsce dla takich utworów jak Astronomy Domine i Fat Old Sun

i kolejny album Stevena Wilsona - tym razem jego wyśmienity debiut czyli Insurgentes (2008) - jest to Wilson unikatowy na tle jego solowej dyskografii bowiem artysta dość mocno czerpie tutaj z takich gatunków jak rock gotycki, post-punk, noise rock, drone music czy też shoe-gaze, czego na kolejnych wydawnictwach już nigdy nie zrobił- w 2008 była to badajże moja ulubiona płyta roku i po dziś dzień robi na mnie ogromne wrażenie za każdym kolejnym przesłuchaniem- rekomenduję zwłaszcza wersję The limited deluxe edition na której znajdziemy dodatkowe 5 nagrań w tym opartą na The Forest The Cure kompozycję  Puncture Wound i świetny mroczny The 78 - a cały album gorąco polecam Tercero jak nie zna bo sporo tu jego klimatów
