Jean-Michel Jarre - Rendez-Vous  [ok] - po wydaniu eksperymentalnej płyty Zoolook, Jarre postanowił wrócić do bardziej konwencjonalnej elektroniki- taki jest właśnie wydany w 1986 roku album Rendez-Vous- podobnie jak przy albumie Oxygene mamy tutaj 6 części kompozycji tytułowej: zwraca uwagę monumentalna część druga z genialnym motywem syntezatorowym na samym początku, w przesiąkniętym smutkiem Rendez-Vous part 3 słyszymy artyste grającego na laserowej harfie; Rendez-Vous part 4 jest już bardziej przebojowe a całość zamyka melancholijne Last Rendez-Vous (Ron's Piece) dedykowane astronaucie Ronowi McNair który zginął w katastrofie promu kosmicznego Challenger
