And Also the Trees - Driftwood (2011) - bardzo ciekawe akustyczne oblicze grupy - dość nieoczywista jest to płyta- w wielu miejscach zaskakuję i ja na przykład nigdy bym się po nich nie spodziewał takich delikatnych a jednocześnie niepokojących dźwięków- i jedynie żałuje iż całość nie jest nieco dłuższa - bezwzględnie polecam [ok]

Zaskakująco dobra płyta jak na te późniejsze. Nasycone dźwięki, emocjonalny śpiew.
Polecam Sebastianowi jak nie zna. Kto wie czy nie dla Cezuraca też.

Dzięki za polecenie, sprawdzę.

PH "In Translation" - coraz bardziej mi się podoba; mimo, iż słychać wyraźnie, że głos już nie ten, mam podziw dla Petera za samo nagranie tej płyty - wszystkie te cudowne dźwięki... ; nieważne, że piosenek nie napisał - wystarczy że odcisnął na nich swoje piętno.

na popołudnie coś energetycznego czyli Thin Lizzy i Vagabonds of the Western World (1973) - świetny, nieco bluesowy hard rock-przyznam się że te wcześniejsze albumy zespołu ( tak do Nightlife z 1974) o wiele bardziej mi podchodzą niż najsłynniejsze płyty grupy z lat późniejszych

PH - In Translation - u mnie podobnie jak u Ceizuraca- płyta zyskuję z każdym przesłuchaniem - teraz z kolei zachwycam się nagraniem  Ballad for my Death - które nie wiem dlaczego mocno kojarzy mi się z balladami Nicka Cave'a- wydaję się iż Cave też spokojnie mógłby zrobić cover tej kompozycji- co do pozostałych utworów wciąż nie mogę przekonać się do  This Nearly Was Mine i After a Dream, i chyba już się nie przekonam- jak na razie ogólna ocena płyty oscyluję pomiędzy 6 a 7/10 - zobaczymy co przyniosą kolejne odsłuchy...

na wieczór czas na coś z zupełnie innej beczki: James Iha i Look to the Sky (2012) - drugi solowy album gitarzysty grupy The Smashing Pumpkins - fajny alt rock a gościnnie możemy tu usłyszeć choćby Toma Verlaine, Nine Persson czy tez Kevina Marcha znanego z formacji Guided by Voices- polecam Tercero
