The Smashing Pumpkins - Cyr (2020) - tak sobie jej  słucham i się zastanawiam: czemu mi się ta płyta nie podoba? niby Dynie weszły w klimaty synth-popowe więc powinno być ok- a jednak nie jest- wszystko wydaje się nieco sztuczne i zagrane bez emocji - nawet Corgan nie porywa głosowo tak jak za dawnych lat- poza tym całość jest o wiele za długa- jakby skrócili o jakieś 25 minut może wrażenia byłby lepsze

na wieczór:

Van Der Graaf Generator - Pawn Hearts (1971) - mój osobiście ulubiony album VDGG

Blackfield - For the Music (2020) - po usłyszeniu pierwszego singla czyli  Summers Gone byłem dość negatywnie nastawiony do tej płyty- okazało się że niepotrzebnie bo to najciekawsze wydawnictwo duetu od czasu Czwórki z 2013 roku- całość trwa tylko 30 minut podzielonych na 9 kompozycji- nie jest to oczywiście album tak dobry jak I i II ale i wstydu też nie przynosi- najlepsze nagrania: Under my skin, tytułowy, Falling i White nights- polecam

The Smashing Pumpkins - Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness (1995) - kolega Jurski wspomniał niedawno o tej płycie więc coś mnie naszło aby ją sobie odświeżyć - rewelacyjna muzyka zawarta na 2 cd, to dzisiaj już dźwięki absolutnie należące do klasyki rocka: rozmach z jakim nagrano ten album chwilami wręcz przytłacza (ale w dobrym tego słowa znaczeniu)- jest tutaj bowiem wszystko za co ceniłem ta grupę w latach 90-tych: alt rock, grunge, elektronika i elementy alternatywnego metalu  - wszystkie te gatunki zostały w znakomity sposób wymieszane w Corganowym tyglu :)
