Riverside "Wasteland" - drugi raz słucham i parę subiektywnych uwag.

Mroczna, klimatyczna; wg mnie lepsza od poprzedniej. "Wasteland" jest płytą "czystą"; aż za czysto wyprodukowaną (podobnie było z poprzednią); dla mnie to lekki minus; ale i trochę "brudu" i agresji słyszę w - choćby bardzo dobrym instrumentalnym utworze - "The Struggle for Survival". Płyta dobra, ale są lepsze.

Wczoraj odebrałem z poczty polskiej, gdzie przez 15 minut nie było czynne żadne okienko... ale cierpliwość została wynagrodzona fantastycznym albumem, singlem i koszulką wewnątrz pudełka. Przesłuchałem tak 2,5 raza , bo zasnałem przy trzecim odsłuchu. Chyba wokaliza jest bardziej melodyjna niż na poprzednich albumach. Są pomysły, jest chyba zrównoważony rozwój akustyki, riffów, klawiszy, głosu. Wszystko w odpowiednich dawkach....

Riverside - ADHD i Shrine of New Generation Slaves - obię płyty znakomite - porównuje je z Wasteland i tak sobie myśle że jako całość ta ostatnia chyba robi najlepsze wrażenie- co oczywiscie nie zmienia faktu iż moim ulubionym albumem Riverside wciąż pzostaje Second Life Syndrome
