mnie się bardzo podoba. Znakomicie podkreśla nastroj tytułu i to chyba najlepsza Hammillowska okładka od czasu Thin air

So there's this guy who got an advance copy of a certain 3CD set and here's what he had to say after some tired listening last night:
It's going to divide a lot of fans. There will probably be quite a few who don't care for it. I fucking love it. The main disc with the cinematic flow shows Hammill weaving in and out of all sorts of vocal techniques and mannerisms like a chameleon. Even a little bit of Exposure-type insanity. Some of the underlying music structures and sounds seem like Sonix 2.0, but the guitar riffs are Nadir-esque. I don't believe I heard any piano per se, but tons of keyboards and eclectic found sounds. The opening part sounds like Ghosts of Planes revisited. Oh, and parts of the album are downright creepy, especially the terrifying "Inklings, Darling."
The songs disc stands up well on its own. I got sleepier listening to this one and can't report as well. I tried to listen to Disc 3 but by this point it was 2am and I found myself falling asleep, so... more later.
Anyway, that's all my friend had to say... for now.
